Return & Refund Policy

• We want you to be confident in your purchase. If your knife arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
• As our knives are precision tools, products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
