Every Obsidian Cut knife is carefully crafted, inspected, and prepared before it begins its journey to you. Because quality takes time, orders are typically processed and delivered within 3–4 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and courier services. Any customs duties or import fees required by your country remain the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy:
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If your knife arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. As our knives are precision tools, products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
