The Materials

• We use D2 high-carbon steel and carefully chosen natural materials for the handles.
• Since nature creates unique grains, colors, and textures, no two knives are exactly alike.
• Each knife is one of a kind and has its own character.

Maintenance & Protection

• After each use, clean and dry the blade well.
• From time to time, apply a light coat of food-grade mineral oil, especially after it gets wet.
