The Craft

The Origin:
We were traveling across Pakistan when the road brought us through a small town called Wazirabad. We heard it before we saw it. Hammers ringing against steel, dozens of them at once, like the town was clearing its throat before the day began.

The craftsmen there told us stories passed down for generations, one tracing back to Alexander the Great, whose sword is said to have needed repair near here after a battle by the Jhelum River. History or legend, we can’t say for certain, but the skill behind it was real, and it had survived quietly for centuries, taught hand to hand. That is where the idea for Obsidian Cut was born.

The Steel:
We take no shortcuts. Every single blade is forged in genuine D2 high-carbon steel. We build with elements that hold physical truth. Our steel is chosen for its severe edge retention and sheer structural endurance off the grid. It is heated, hammered, and tempered to exact specifications to endure heavy impact and demanding environments.

The Materials:
A plastic handle has no history. Our handles are shaped from nature itself. We build with shed stag, dense buffalo horn, reclaimed camel bone, raw rosewood, and walnut. We rely strictly on zero-waste agricultural byproducts and naturally dropped antlers, ensuring zero cruelty and absolute respect for the environment.

Because nature creates unique grains, colors, and textures, no two knives are ever exactly alike. Every piece is entirely one of a kind, carrying its own distinct character while reflecting the exact same commitment to heavy-duty craftsmanship.

The Standard:
A knife made this way isn’t just used. It is trusted. It is reached for without thinking, until it simply becomes yours. We do not just build a tool. We build something with a hometown, and a history behind it.
